New DBF Commander Professional version 2.5.38 released!
In this version were fixed a few of significant bugs related to Memo files processing:
Conversion of Memo-files (both FPT and DBT) was added (thanks to Mark Bustin for request)
Error on change field order of a DBF file with Memo (FPT and DBT) has been fixed
Error on sort field of a DBF file with Memo (FPT and DBT) has been fixed
Also, there are some small improvements and rare bug fixes:
Incorrect date values are displayed now as is, without OLE DB provider error (thanks to Kris Senden for request)
"DBF Commander Home Page" and "Elphsoft Home Page" main menu items added
Fixed error on new dBase file creation
Conversion to dBase didn't work in some cases after searching

New DBF Commander Professional version 2.4.37 released!
In this version three of new commands were added:
Save As command (it's useful when you need to save a SQL query result set to a new DBF file)
Import from DBMS command was added to command-line interface

DBF Commander moved to new Home Page
Hello everyone! Today we are pleased to announce that DBF Commander moved to the new site: http://dbf-software.com. This is a site completely devoted to DBF Commander Professional. It contains the detailed description of DBF files work up, using SQL queries on DBF files, and other useful materials and articles. Also, the blog will be addded to the site a bit later. It will contain some "How to ..." articles on particular actions related to database files processing: how to convert MDB to DBF, how to load DBF file to Oracle database, how to repair DBF file, adn etc. There are some additioinal materials:

New DBF Commander Professional version 2.3.36 released!

DBF Commander Professional in Indonesian now!
Indonesian UI language has been implemented. Thanks to Rully Pratama for the translation!

Two of new import commands were implemented:
Imports from XML and CSV are available via command line also
Some of existing features has been reworked and improved:
- Export to XLS has been completely reworked (with fixing the bug related to column type) and highly improved
- In order to export to XLS now no need MS Excel to be installed on the workstation
- Field definitions are now inserts on export to XML and CSV
And a few of small useful features:
- Added a possibility to change the grid's charset (without changing Windows locale settings)
In order to view, for example, DBF file with Thai symbols and codepage, there is no need to change OS location setting to Thai - just select the charset from the list in Options dialog box.
- Feature to convert DBF file type from "Visual FoxPro (autoinc)" to "dBase III Plus" has been added
